Women’s Spring Conference Review

    By Rachel Rice

On April 26th, we hosted our annual Spring Conference. This year’s theme—Reset, Refresh, Renew, and Release—was deeply tied to the Year of Jubilee, a powerful biblical concept from Leviticus 25 that represents restoration, freedom, and God’s divine provision. But the conference offered even more than that.

A unique element this year was the incorporation of precious gems—diamonds, pearls, sapphires, amethysts, and emeralds. These weren’t just decorative; they were symbolic. We were reminded that we are God’s precious gems—His daughters, beautifully and eternally valuable in His eyes. The gems also inspired our breakout session groupings, each named after a stone and centered on teaching how God sees and cherishes us.

Because I was helping behind the scenes, I didn’t get to attend the sessions myself—much to my sadness, but I considered it a blessing to serve. Thankfully, I heard wonderful stories from many women who did attend. The sessions touched hearts, offered clarity, and sparked healing in ways only the Holy Spirit can.

One of the most powerful moments I witnessed was during prayer among the young girls in attendance. Watching them support each other in breakthrough moments reminded me that revival isn’t just for the older generations—it’s for them too. Seeing God move in their lives was unforgettable.

The day began with breakfast, lovingly prepared and served by Candace Dungey and her daughter. It was more than a meal—it was hospitality and excellence in action. During breaks, women were able to shop from a variety of vendors, which added a lighthearted and encouraging touch to the day while supporting other women.

Our MC, Peggy Young, opened the conference and introduced our two speakers, Peggy Dixon and Cassi Martin. But before the first speaker took the stage, we were ushered into the presence of God through an incredible time of praise and worship. Mollie Palazzo, Ella Mitchell, and Cindy Johnson led us in song, while Cassi Martin, Gracie Brown, Elyse Mitchell, and Makenah Brown ministered through dance. The Spirit was tangibly present.

The five breakout sessions—Diamond, Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst, and Pearl—each offered something unique, designed to open hearts and renew minds. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Some women wished the day had been longer so they could experience more of the teachings and sessions.

The closing session led by Cassi Martin included a reflective activity. Each woman received a small slip of paper with a word beginning with “re-”—like restart, renew, rethink, remix. I handed them out without looking, letting the Spirit guide. Some were excited about their word. Others weren’t. I told them simply, “Then maybe it’s something you need.”

And that’s what I believe this entire conference was—something we needed. Whether in big ways or quiet whispers, it was a time of renewal, healing, and restoration. It reminded us that we are seen, chosen, and loved by a King who calls us His own. We are precious in His sight.

    A Testimony from the Conference

Pastor Crow and the Believers Women of Purpose Ministry,

The Jubilee Conference was truly a blessing. My daughter and I were met in the parking lot with such warm hospitality, and the excellence continued throughout the day. Every detail was carried out to perfection—name badges, folders, breakfast, workshops, lunch, praise and worship, and the dance team.

And who can forget the vision board? I have mine hanging in my bedroom!

Guest speaker Pastor Cassi was phenomenal. She reminded us, helped us receive and release, revived us, restored us, refreshed us, and reset us through the Word of God.

The workshop I attended, Sapphire, with Marlene Morton, was titled “Every Voice Has a Choice.”

This conference was KINGDOM! I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to attend.
