Leading a Small Group
You don't need to have it all together to lead a Small Group- you just have to be willing to let God use you. We believe God uses Small Groups to change people's lives, and as a leader, you get to be a part of that.
How do I Become a Small Group Leader?
Before leading, all potential leaders must complete Growth Track, our pathway to discovering your purpose and getting connected and go through our Small Group Leader Training.
Our training covers the heart behind Small Groups, how to lead discussions, care for your group, and create a welcoming space. Whether you’re brand-new or have led before, we’ll equip you every step of the way.
